A Feel Good List


It’s that time of year where making lists rule – so what about making a ‘feel good’ list – to boost your own and other peoples spirits. Here’s a few suggestions from our team at Frog:

  1. Pay a colleague a compliment. Be genuine and specific.
  2. Thank people who have helped you this year.
  3. Make a donation.
  4. Get books ready for the holidays – the ones people recommended and the ones you said “YES I must read that!”
  5. Update or make a will.
  6. Smile at strangers.
  7. Clean the garage.
  8. Enjoy receiving a compliment – It’s like returning a gift.
  9. Connect with an old friend.
  10. Make a new friend.
  11. Ask your oldest loving relative about their life and write it down.
  12. Buy a colouring-in book and let yourself relax.
