Achieving profitable sales is key to commercial success. Having top performing sales people is critical. While we would all love to recruit top performers..the reality is a sales team typically has a mixture of top performers, solid performers and lagers. If we can unlock what it is that those top performers do differently, then we can target training and support for the solid performers in the areas that really make a difference. Hence my sales survey, to gain insights into what distinguishes top sales performers.
Here is where I would appreciate your help… please can you follow the links to the survey and circulate my request for survey respondents to Sales Leaders and Sales people you know and invite them to complete the survey.
There are two surveys, each with about 10 questions ..
